Job Summary:

This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role for a highly driven sales closer. As a Field Sales Representative at PulseForge, you will be responsible for aggressively identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities. This position is ideal for a self-starter with a performance-driven mindset—someone who thrives on prospecting, networking, and winning deals. The right candidate will have a strong track record in technical sales and a relentless drive to exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively hunt for new sales opportunities and close deals.
• Develop and execute a strategic approach to outbound prospecting and lead generation.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target industries.
• Present and demonstrate PulseForge products and their competitive advantages.
• Stay on top of industry trends and competitor movements to identify market opportunities.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to leadership.
• Travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of sales experience, ideally in the Semiconductor, Solar, or Battery industries.
• Proven ability to hunt for new business and close high-value deals.
• Self-motivated and highly competitive—thrives in a commission-driven environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and translate them into compelling sales pitches.
• Experience using CRM tools and sales analytics.
